Security from arrival to departure
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, we have established a protocol for the arrival and departure of the client for the serenity of all.
In all transparency, it seems essential to explain our approach explained in 4 steps: before and on your arrival, during and after your stay.
Before your arrival :
In order to provide you with information, I can be contacted by telephone on 06 52 06 05 10 or by email to provide you with the best information.
Given the additional cleaning between each host generated by this protocol, reservations of several days are preferred, special offers and promotions have been specially created.

Bed linen is provided but bathroom linen is not, remember to take it with you.
The clearing of Verbamont has always had a particular interest in the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises, many comments on the internet report.
Our cleaning procedure between each host
In your cabin:
over-ventilation of the cabin for 5 hours.
Cleaning then disinfection of door handles, key, window handles, window shelf, table, storage surfaces, chairs, switch, heating rod, floor.
made available when the stock allows hydro-alcoholic gel in each cabin.
fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases at the maximum temperature permitting
removal of carpets inside the cabins, the carpets remain on the terrace.
use of microfiber cloth wash at high temperature and change at each cabin
disinfectant spray on the curtains at each cleaning
in the straw cabin, the sofa cover is covered with a fitted sheet changed with each cleaning
In the dry toilets of your cabin:
each dry toilet has been redesigned to make surfaces easier to clean.
the procedure for cleaning dry toilets does not change, usual disinfection
In the toilet block:
disinfection 4 times a day including tap, heating switch, door handle, flush handle, squeegee
provision of disinfectant spray so that everyone can also make this disinfection gesture.
provision of soap dispenser by infrared detection
In the common areas:
it is recommended to favor outdoor common areas rather than indoor.
fellow campers, bring your gear if you have one, rather than using the common kitchen area
the shared fridge is always at your disposal, please respect the instructions
Upon your arrival :
Distance is required, so the greeting will be without physical contact. A courtesy cart is available to take your luggage to your pitch or to your cabin, a disinfectant solution is available in the charette shelter, located at the entrance of the campsite (parking lot). Please use this spray before and AFTER using the cart, please. You will find an explanatory note displayed.
During your stay :
Enjoy the fresh air, the space, the forest!
Take advantage of our outdoor play areas, board games are not freely accessible, a "quarantine" of 3 days is required for board games which are at the back of the reception.
Take advantage of our campfire spaces, respect everyone and distance, our fires are made for that! And why not grilled chamalows tonight?

The meal and the breakfasts will be brought to your cabin and returned by yourself on the "bicycle carrier".

Payment is preferably made at your cabin by check or cash or by presenting your gift box.
Despite the additional time due to this protocol, the maximum departure time from the cabin remains fixed at 11:00 am and arrival at 4:00 pm.
Remember to disinfect the cart if you use it ;-)
